UPI Donates to Miramar National Cemetery Support Foundation

The Miramar National Cemetery Support Foundation (MNCSF), through its President & CEO Charles R. Bailey, sent an acknowledgement letter to UPI for our $500 donation to support the restoration and maintenance of the cemetery’s Avenue of Flags.  Attached is a scanned copy of the letter.  A star cut from a decommissioned flag that flew over the cemetery was included in the original letter.
